Dr Dickinson is a Consultant Intensivist and Associate Mediical Director at York and Scarborough Teahcing Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Phil will be providing advice on Urgenct and Emergency care settings and workforce. Phil is Clinical Lead for the Scarborough Coastal Health and Care Research Collaborative which Elevate is a part of, he will be contributing his expertise on UECs, Emergency care, and health inequalities to the project.
